Paraplanners research, analyse and prepare the recommendations behind every client's financial plan, working alongside our Financial Consultants. The team runs from Paraplanning Associates and Paraplanners through to Senior Paraplanners and Team Leaders.
Technical knowledge
Roles look for the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and strong knowledge of financial planning products, investments, pensions and protection.
Accuracy and organisation
Manage several cases and deadlines at once, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A supportive team
Work as part of a collaborative team that supports each other and holds a high standard of client service.
